The Challenge: A leading HVAC distributor in Germany was struggling with high failure rates in their low-voltage floor heating kits. Their previous transformers lacked a "soft-start" feature, causing frequent circuit trips and shortened heater lifespan.

The Shinergy Solution: Foshan Shinergy stepped in with our MCU-based power supplies. We implemented a Real Soft-Start procedure that gradually ramps up power, protecting both the transformer and the heating film. Additionally, we customized the housing to meet local German electrical box dimensions.

The Result: Since 2021, the client has reported a 40% decrease in maintenance calls. With our multi-zone control capabilities, they can now offer their customers independent temperature settings for different rooms using a single, quiet (20dB) power source. "Shinergy’s flexibility in structural changes and wireless control integration saved us months of R&D," said their CTO.
